Bahá'ís of Sacramento

Celebrating the 200th Anniversary of the Birth of Bahá’u’lláh

In 2017 people around the world are celebrating the 200th anniversary of the Birth of Bahá’u’lláh, the Divine Educator for this age and Founder of the Bahá’í Faith. Although there are many in the world who have not yet heard the story of this Divine Messenger, there is no soul on the planet who remains untouched by His legacy. The echoes of His deeply spiritual teachings of justice, love and unity reverberate around the globe, bringing hope and joy to the hearts of people everywhere.

“The peoples of the world, of whatever race or religion, derive their inspiration from one heavenly Source, and are the subjects of one God.” – Bahá’u’lláh

You’re invited to a special celebration with a positive view: We are one human family. We can see a better future, break down barriers, create hope, and act with purpose. It will take work and sacrifice, but it is coming!
